About Ricarten
How does the rarity system work?
At Ricarten, we use a rarity system for all our products. This means that the amount of stocks of a product varies based on its rarity.
Common Item – Limited stock of 10000 units.
Uncommon Item – Limited stock of 5000 units.
Rare Item – Limited stock of 2500 units.
Epic Item – Limited stock of 1000 units.
Legendary Item – Limited stock of 100 units.
Mythic Item – Limited stock of 10 units.
Unique Item – Limited stock of 1 unit.
All our products include our brand in the color of its rarity. This means that anyone will know how to quickly identify the exclusivity of your article.

Orders and deliveries
Is Ricarten available in all countries?
No, Ricarten is not available in some countries due to legal restrictions or transport limitations.
The list of restricted destinations may change over time and depending on circumstances. At the moment, Ricarten is not available and does not ship to the following destinations:
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Crimea, Lugansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
- Afghanistan
- Aruba
- Bhutan
- Chad
- Cayman Islands
- Solomon Islands
- Laos

Please note that due to Russia’s war in Ukraine, there are severe limitations on shipping to Ukraine.
The list of countries where Ricarten does not offer international shipping may change. If the country you are in does not appear on this list, we will ship as normal.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I modify my order?
Attention! We need you to tell us the order number, email, and full name.
Where is my order?
First of all, thank you if you have placed an order in Ricarten.
We currently do not have an automated system that handles sending tracking information. This is something that will, of course, be available in the not too distant future.
For the moment, you can send an email to info@ricarten.com with the information about your order and we will answer you as soon as possible so that you know the status and place where it is. We will continue working to offer the best possible customer experience. Thanks for understanding.
Shipping times
The average delivery time is 3-13 business days for all products and in all types of techniques.
Nevertheless, the estimated delivery time is an estimate only, not a guarantee.
At specific times, delays may occur due to holidays or causes beyond Ricarten’s control. If you have any questions or problems with your order, you can contact us at info@ricarten.com with your name and order number.
Shipping costs
If your order is less than €100, shipping costs will be included in your order. If your order is over €100, shipping will be free (only in Spain).
In any country other than Spain, if your order is less than €200, shipping costs will be included in your order. If your order is over €200, shipping will be free.
If your order is addressed to a country outside of the European Union, it may be subject to fees, taxes or other charges due to local or customs laws. Ricarten takes care of the shipment but not of the possible local expenses.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
Check your junk mail or spam folder, your confirmation email may be there.
If you cannot find it, you can write to us at info@ricarten.com, we will locate it and resend it to you.
If you want to make sure that you receive our emails on future occasions, please add us to the desired mailing list and make sure that the email you have used for your purchase is the correct one.
Returns and refunds
What is the return policy?
You can return any of your items.
Since you receive the order, you have 30 days to register your return request. You only need the order number and an email. Items must be in the same condition that they were received. As soon as the return process is complete, you will receive the refund in the original payment method or through an IBAN number.

Ricarten is not responsible for the costs of delivery logistics.
What happens if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
We work to ensure that our garments meet your expectations and are free from defects. But as you can imagine, it is very difficult to have everything under control. However, if you are concerned about a faulty or damaged item, you can start a return process.
Ricarten undertakes to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the terms accepted at the time of sale.
